Natural Light:
Commencement

• Concept

  COVID-19 had been pretty rough on college students, who are also Natural Light’s target demographic (21+). Which is why we created and announced the first online commencement for the graduating class of 2020 whose ceremonies were cancelled. However, this wasn’t just about cancelled ceremonies – those commencements are often super boring anyway. So we put together a virtual event featuring speeches and musical performances by celebrities our guys and girls would actually want to hear from. We even got Adam Devine to be the commencement speaker! The ceremony was broadcast live on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, across which 200,000 guests tuned-in.
